Position Overview
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Provide oversight and escalation path for ongoing service and management of new business initiatives, software upgrades, new releases, and enhancements
- Establish team standards for creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other documentation
- Work closely with internal PMO Operations teams to ensure proper subject matter expertise is available to support implementation process
- Document scope of work in all stages of implementation; noting customizations, routing rules, technical requirements and other business needs identified during the implementation process
- Experience working cross- lines of business and with outside vendors
- Meet or exceed client expectations by building relationships, facilitating meetings, and resolving issues
- Develop and align personal and organizational team goals for assigned reports and support initiatives/trainings for team to meet or exceed expectations
- Experience leading and working within agile teams (including but limited to roadmap and change management)
- Contribute to work effort outcomes by effective team and capacity planning, project scope management, resource allocation and negotiation, risk mitigation, cost management, and escalation communication
- Accountable for communication both internally and externally around the activity and the fulfillment of all requirements per the contract with partners and clients
- Lead various organizational program initiatives
- Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to ZELIS standards regarding privacy
- Coordinates and assists with the management of technical activities, including but not limited to the management of project schedules, resource allocation needs and deliverables for a specific account
- Provide status reports via defined Zelis application as well as customized reporting as requested
- Previous Implementation or Account Management experience required
- Demonstrates solid understanding and ability to create project plans, gather requirements and adhering to project plans/timelines
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading, coordinating and driving client implementation projects both with internal and external facing entities
- Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred; working with healthcare claim adjudication partner vendors would be a plus
- Proficiency in partnering with IT for new vendor implementations
