Implementation Consultant Jobs

Core10 is seeking an Implementation Consultant who will work within an energetic professional services team for our client; this role helps customers realize value through implementation and consulting services. This role will help with onboarding and work to keep customers engaged in using the client's products.

We specialize in software development, API integration and SaaS implementation and customer success services to the best financial services and Fintech organizations in North America. We are also an industry leader with our banking platform, Accrue: a digital lending and account opening platform for community banks, credit unions, Fintechs, and consumers.
Requirements
What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with customers to accelerate their onboarding process by managing products for start up customers
• Deliver Tagging, Guidance and Insights session for Standard Quick Start purchases for Web and Mobile applications.
• Maintain project management systems to ensure accurate documentation of customer journey
• Conduct enablement sessions to ensure customers are set up for success, including review metadata & client's settings
• Ability to work in PST & Australian time zone
• Be operationally oriented and self-driven to work through engagements and keep customer driving towards value as they begin to use the product

Qualifications & Experience:

• Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
• Passion for helping customers realize value through implementation & consulting services
• Basic front-end development experience (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc)
• Basic front-end development experience (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, etc.)
• Experience with technology implementation, management consulting, product management, or account management
• Ability to learn technical concepts, translate them to business solutions, & deliver results
