Position Summary:

• Responsible for all startup activities and shutdown procedures as well as injection molding machine during each “lot” intervention. Ensuring machines performance is at the highest level. Working together with the process engineer as well as maintenance during troubleshooting.
• Several quality checks to be performed during production and working together with the quality department. Good mindset in housekeeping and job/processes improvements.

• Sharing improvements with your shift leader to be implemented and to create standards
• Keeping the production equipment in a robust, clean, maintained condition
• Increasing the uptime of the IMM or RI process
• In case of system irregularity, information to be communicated verbal and written to the team leader / maintenance / process or quality

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic experience in hydraulic / pneumatic systems.
• Basic experience in industrial environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Troubleshooting in case of system alarms
• Knowledge of Windows Office applications and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to travel throughout the facility as required to conduct inspections.
• This position requires bending, typing, lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, sitting and walking.
