As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area. a Day In The Life As a Part-time Receptionist
Imagine starting your day at Prime Heating & Cooling, where you'll find a bustling office filled with the sounds of ringing phones and friendly chatter. As the Part-Time Receptionist, your day will be filled with varied tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our front desk. With professionalism and grace, you will handle incoming calls, promptly directing them to the appropriate department or team member. Your keen organizational skills will be put to use as you efficiently schedule appointments and coordinate service calls, providing our clients with seamless and timely service.
But that's not all. As a dedicated team player, you'll take the initiative to follow up on estimates sent to clients, addressing any concerns and maintaining open lines of communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients regarding overdue invoices, all while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Your attention to detail will shine through as you handle general office administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining a tidy reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all who walk through our doors.
Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• Possession of a High School diploma or GED

WORK SCHEDULE + LOCATION
This is a part-time position, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will be scheduled Monday to Friday, from 2 pm to 8 pm. As a valued member of the Prime Heating & Cooling team, there is a possibility for this position to transition into a hybrid role, providing the flexibility of splitting your work time between remote and in-person duties. You will be based at our Cranston, RI office, conveniently located in a prime location.
