Arctic Air Conditioning, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is currently seeking an HVAC Service Manager to join our team with a reputation for excellence. The Service Manager is responsible for building and managing a dynamic, performance driven HVAC Service team that believes in providing 5-star service to clients while exceeding company goals. Serving as a leader, motivator, trainer, recruiter and sales driver, the Service Manager inspires their team to provide customers with superior service, which results in higher lead conversion and client fulfillment. As Service Manager you will build and lead an ideal service department with the best in the business working with you. This position will also handle hiring and developing staff, inclusive of setting and maintaining goals/standards, production monitoring and analysis and obtaining and sharing product knowledge on services and HVAC systems. Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000 DOE (Plus bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Technicians have the necessary tools, equipment, and manpower to maximize their potential to provide the highest quality service to our customers
- Provide technical assistance to Technicians when requested or when necessary to ensure high quality of service to customer
- Help develop annual budgets, control expenses and meet or exceed plan.
- Consistently provide service and sales performance support to the Techs via ride along, site visits and coaching calls.
- Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional customer satisfaction and performance standards.
- Invest time on personal development to increase personal leadership within departments.
- Work with the Dispatch department to make sure the right Technicians goes to the right job.
- Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing d to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
- Manage and guide Service Technicians, as well as maintain involvement with the Call Center Manager, Lead Coordination and Dispatch Center Manager daily.
- Oversee customer issue resolution including site visits, oversight of repairs, and follow ups.
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and one on one.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Lead, Direct and Motivate department to reach their highest level of potential and achieve maximum motivation attitude within service department.
- Provide ongoing technical and safety training to ensure we maintain the level of knowledge and skills to do quality work, promote a safe working environment and prepare for the future growth.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modification and design.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
- Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- 3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
- Exceptional follow- through capabilities.
- Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and dependability.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- 5+ years of management experience
- Flexible and multitask oriented; the workload may chance quickly and will require a willingness to respond accordingly.
- Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to covey confident and decisive message in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
