Job Description

Performs repairs for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel facilities. Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests or staff to resolve any HVAC maintenance issues.

Minimum Requirements


This position requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Education/Experience: One year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have working knowledge of refrigeration.
