Job Summary*
You will Install heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.
Responsibilities

• Operate heating and cooling tools through computers in huge and complicated systems at both centralized and decentralized buildings.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and do repairs re-programming the electronic and controls of the buildings through the schematic plans and by management by computer energy related software.

• Supervise the contract compliance as well as the contractor job in the county regarding HVAC repairs and replacement.

• Properly remove and dispose of old equipment.

• Design as well as install new and innovative HVAC systems that vary in size.

• Do data entry that is related to the preventive maintenance.

• Calculate the total amount of Freon that will be used in an air conditioning system.

• Work directly with homeowners and building owners, maintenance workers and more.

Requirements*

minimum of 2 years experience / Leadership skills

• Attention to Detail: HVAC systems can be precise mechanisms. Careful observation is needed.

• Mechanical Skills: HVAC installers work with complicated machines. Understanding the pieces and tools needed to maintain and install these machines is crucial.

• Must be able to bend, lift heavy parts and equipment, stand for long periods of time, and crawl in tight spaces.

• Being able to schedule jobs and keep timely appointments is important to getting repeat work.

• Troubleshooting: There are many parts within HVAC systems. Being able to ascertain the root cause of a problem and test solutions is important.

• Must be friendly, approachable and a good communicator.

• Work conditions can be hot, outdoors, and in varied locations.

• Quick learner and strong willingness to learn.
