What We Do

We are a team of HVAC experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment.

The Big Task

You will manage our Install team, drive them to maintain a safe and accountable workplace while exceeding customer service expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations everytime.. You will work as a part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability. By working closely with installation technicians, the installation coordinator, and the company representatives, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.

Key Sub Tasks

• Conduct regular training in areas of safety, customer service, and installation techniques
• Develop mentoring relationships with installers
• Verify counts and prices on shipments
• Provide installation technical support
• Perform weekly check-ins with install staff and advise them on how to improve
• Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites
• Ensure jobs are properly staged
• Create process to track truck inventory
• Set expectations for each installation, including safety, and code requirements
• Order project materials and supplies
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably

Desired Skills and Experience

• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Skilled in sheet metal fabrication is a plus
• Preference given to LEB & LEA holders
• 7+ years HVAC technical installation experience
• Ability to pass a clean background check and drug test
• Possess strong interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrate computer proficiency
• Excellent customer service, both internally and externally
• EPA certification
