Job Description

This is a hybrid role that reports to the Vice President of HR, and mainly works out of our Boca Raton site. Incumbents for this role must be able to travel to Sarasota, FL 1 week per month.


COMP: $80-100k (DOE) STI, LTI, 401k, etc.


Responsibilities


  • Leverages reporting and analytics to identify trends and make decisions related to talent acquisition, retention, and the employee experience.
  • Creates and maintains recruiting dashboard and metrics.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with the external market through networking with professional associations, educational institutions and community events.
  • Facilitates the completion of various HR processes, including but not limited to applicant tracking, on-boarding, performance management, policy and procedure development, and compensation planning.
  • Facilitates a high-quality candidate experience, ensures appropriate staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring associates.
  • Provide coaching and direction to management to support development, business decision-making, HR management, problem solving, performance management, and ensure consistent application of company policies.
  • Act as a culture champion by managing the entire workplace life cycle: talent acquisition, employee relations, development, recognition programs. Plans and executes employee events relevant to benefits, wellness, recognition, holidays, etc.
  • Develops strong relationships and partners with hiring managers, business leaders, HR business partners and stakeholders.
  • Manages the day-to-day human resources practices and policies that provide an employee-oriented, customer focused culture.
  • Collaboratively with leadership, owns and continuously improves the candidate and new hire experience, consistently working towards best-in-class status.
  • Consistently delivers high quality service with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for managers, supervisors, and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR-related topics and issues.


Requirements


  • Experience representing policies and practices to managers and employees.
  • Proven ability to self-manage and be a self-starter.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and regulations on both the federal & state levels.
  • BA/BS in Business or a related field.
  • Tech and time savvy business approaches are a must.
  • Experience handling employee relations, compensation, performance management; HRIS, ATS, and exposure to people performance systems.
  • Must have hands on, proven experience managing projects.
  • Possess at least 3 years of full cycle recruiting and onboarding.
  • Must have excellent MS Office skills.
  • 4 or more years of progressive human resources generalist experience; recruiting and onboarding experience is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a rapidly changing environment; prior experience within a high-growth, dynamic organization.
