Overview:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for implementing BrightView’s people strategy, aligned to the company’s business objectives. This role will guide, counsel, develop, educate and motivate teams and leadership around engagement, organizational development and culture, while promoting fair and equitable treatment in human resource practices. Additionally, a successful HR Business Partner at BrightView facilitates proactive people management, is a strong change champion and works effectively both within the department and across the broader organization to enable teams to achieve BrightView’s performance goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Independently resourceful
-Strong ability to influence
-Applies strong judgment in complex scenarios and under pressure
-Agile and adaptable to change, skilled learner and organizationally savvy
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
-Exceptional relationship management skills with peers and business leaders
-Outstanding oral and written communication skills
-Ability to interpret metrics and reporting
-Desire to strengthen business acumen
-Experience in organizational design and effectiveness
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree
-5 years progressive Human Resources Experience
-SHRM-CP or PHR Preferred
