Position Summary : Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, Global Business Units and Central Functions, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Central Functions, will have responsibility to:
  • Ensure consistency of practice in the application of HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with CoE’s to provide people strategies & solutions to support business objectives
  • Advocate and champion, the HR service delivery model within the business
  • Lead efforts to increase collaboration, trust, engagement, leader effectiveness, & productivity
  • Provide advice and counsel to the senior leadership across their area of responsibility.
  • Develop people strategy for the business that is aligned with the overall HR strategic plan
  • Mitigate organizational people risk and increase HR process adherence
  • Provides support for compliance with global compensation program implementation
  • Develop a strong business acumen and provide support and guidance on key decisions
Key Responsibilities: This position will serve as a business partner to business leaders within the Central Functions. This is a global team with team members in the America’s, LATAM, APAC & EMEA.
  • Facilitate talent reviews & Identify strategies for critical roles
  • Provide leader onboarding & integration
  • Deliver org design and workforce planning consulting
  • Execute culture, DE&I & engagement planning in partnership with leaders
  • Serve as a change leader; consult on transformation and M&A activities
  • Present people data for strategic decisioning
  • Advise on performance development and pay differentiation
  • Lead complex employee relations issues
Key Capabilities
The HRBP works at the intersection of business and HR strategy. The following capabilities are critical for the role.

  • Workforce Solution Director - Work strategically with business leaders to assess talent needs to address key business challenges.
  • Organization Effectiveness & Change Leader - Drive team, function and organizational performance while acting as a role model and leader for change.
  • Organizational Design & Workforce Planning – Provide guidance and consultation on structure and future talent planning.
  • Strategic Consultant - Consult with the business on strategic organizational issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.
  • Leadership Coach - Develop leaders and managers to execute against talent needs
Typical Background And Experience
  • Employee and labor relations - will require experience and an understanding of the complexity of HR with EU Works Councils and/or Unions depending on region.
  • Advanced degree and/or HR certification is preferred
  • Talent management
  • Organization design, workforce planning and restructuring experience
  • Commitment to quality and a focus on solutions and process improvement
  • Executive Coaching skills, with ability to interact with, challenge, influence and establish personal credibility with senior management and other employees
  • Minimum 7 years HR experience working with multi-site global teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with effective judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Strategic focus with the ability to also operate tactically when needed,
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Strong business partnering skills and business acumen.
