The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $53,000-$113,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
  • Conduct exit interviews, evaluate turnover, and develop retention programs.
  • Assist in building a high-performance culture and establishing an “employer of choice” approach in all people-related initiatives.
  • Support and coach client managers on performance management, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, policy guidelines, and other employee relations matters.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to assess recruiting needs, assist in development of viable talent pipelines into the organization, and driving college relation activities for co-op and intern recruiting
  • Function as a trusted advisor to management on issues which impact engagement & organizational effectiveness including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, change management, succession planning, and other HR related matters.
  • Driving the career development, talent, and succession management for employees across the region to ensure that we find great career development opportunities for our people as we grow, and align our greatest talents to our most challenging roles
  • Conduct performance management process for client teams, ensuring employees are trained on processes and systems. Work with management to facilitate goal setting and performance reviews
  • Execute on full employee life cycle, utilizing data and feedback gathered to drive process improvement, EVP, and develop retention strategies.
What We are Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of skills and knowledge as presented above.
  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
  • Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of organizations business practices and issues.
  • Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively and efficiently execute within a matrix organization.
