Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. To better support GEC(Global Engineering Center) and GID(Global Industrial Development) team locally, this candidate should work closely with business in order to provide strong support.

Responsibilities

1. Develop & execute organization level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goal

2. Design, establish, diagnose and continuously modify organization structure to support dynamic business needs

3. Attract, develop, engage and retain talents by leveraging various HR tools, including but not limited to providing appropriate challenges, coaching on career development path, offering internal & external training opportunities, etc

4. Be business partner and trusted advisor to both domestic and overseas functional leaders, department managers and employees, lead the team to address complex problems and to find creative solutions from organization & talent point of view

5. Build and enhance network, patience & influence in matrix organization, to improve not only HR but also business efficiency


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration

2. Significant experience (8+ years) in both traditional Human Resources and HRBP

3. 3+ years experiences in manufacturing or automotive industry

4. Multinational company experience desired
