Job Description

We're hiring! Join our dynamic team as a Remote Entry-Level Human Resources Assistant and kickstart your career in the exciting field of HR. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring a positive employee experience.   • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment screenings, and preparing new hire documentation.

  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics as requested.
  • Support HR team in maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Help facilitate employee orientations and training sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Help coordinate employee events, celebrations, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
