This position will deal with leading, planning, and building systems to maintain a high performing workforce that supports the vision of the organization. The ideal candidate would be able to work extended hours if needed , and travel if needed .

Work Experience

• Great problem solving skills
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Ability to recruit both skilled and unskilled talent
• Knowledge of Employment Laws
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR Manager or above
• Minimum 8 years experience in HR and Safety
• B.S. or M.S. in Business / HR Management or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA
