HR Generalist Details


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Promote positive employee relations by fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Direct Hire position
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support the compensation review process.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management strategies and techniques.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 05:00pm )
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
  • Ensure effective communication and enforcement of policies throughout the organization.
  • $ 60,000.00 / annually
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding policy interpretation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.


HR Generalist Qualifications


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
