Direct Hire
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Promote positive employee relations by fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Direct Hire position
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and support the compensation review process.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management strategies and techniques.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Monitor and analyze performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 05:00pm )
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
- Ensure effective communication and enforcement of policies throughout the organization.
- $ 60,000.00 / annually
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding policy interpretation and compliance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
