Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a HR Coordinator in our Raleigh, North Carolina location.


As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the North America Operations Human Resources team in carrying out various human resources programs, procedures and practices. You will maintain HR systems, generate reports, analyze data and identify trends. You will also coordinate, administer and communicate various employee programs and activities within the Business Unit & local facility.

What will you do?

  • Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, payroll changes, employment data, etc.
  • Gathers information, prepares reports and processes various applications, employment, enrollment, pay changes and informational/confidential forms and records.
  • Provide virtual HR support to employees and other HR team members
  • Supports with local site HR and company programs
  • May conduct and summarize internal and external surveys to gather information for policy development and planning.
  • Partners with external vendor to ensure legal compliance on federal / state reporting (i.e., equal opportunity, affirmative action, etc).
  • Assist with employee communications
Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn new IS systems quickly
  • Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentially
  • Bachelors' degree in HR or HR-related field
  • Strong communication skills
