POSITION: HR COORDINATOR
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
- Must possess a positive, service-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Strong listening, speaking, and writing skills
- Perform other administrative duties in support of HR and a small accounting group
- Process new hires, changes to employment, terminations, etc.
- Will serve as the primary backup to the payroll coordinator
- Maintain company benefit programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruiting
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist in HR policy development and documentation
