The HR Compliance Consultant manages projects, including education and trainings, implements new and innovative portfolio contributions, and assists at all levels of organizational compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively assists with regulatory surveys. Prepares and presents documents upon an auditor’s or surveyor’s request.
  • Develops training for employees and managers related to HR compliance, policies, or procedures. Assists in communication of changes to pertinent regulations, policies, and guidelines to affected staff.
  • Collaborates in leading projects and assists in managing customer and team expectations. Assists in ensuring scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality meet or exceed expectations.
  • Analyzes compliance and integrity concerns, questions or complaints received from internal customers, in collaboration with HR Compliance manager.
  • Facilitates compliance issues, proposes resolutions to leadership team, and consults with staff when in violation of standards. Collaborates to build regulations into operations.
  • Analyzes data, metrics, and reports for leadership regarding compliance and progress. Helps identify processes and solutions related to compliance and presents to leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Compliance, Risk Management, another applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Working knowledge of Joint Commission standards related to Human Resources and licensure and certification standard requirements for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems, required.
  • Two years’ experience in healthcare compliance, human resources, risk management, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Experience:
  • Outstanding customer service, organizational, and analytical skills.
