Housekeeping Inspector (Weekly Pay, Health Benefits, Career Opportunities)

At HSS we are looking for a Housekeeping Inspector to lead our team of room attendants and ensure we provide excellent customer service at Orlando, FL area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with the Front Office staff of any housekeeping delays or issues and make necessary changes to room status.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., carry heavy objects, bend, squat
• Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work with and train room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Support room attendants by cleaning and stripping guest rooms as needed
• Provides support to Executive Housekeeper to ensure that guest satisfaction scores meet or exceed brand benchmarks.
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked.
• Ensure cleanliness of all trash chute rooms by delegating daily assigned work to house porter.
• Provides support to Executive Housekeeper in the delivery of incentives and programs that promote positive associate relations.
• Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel hallways, stairwells and elevators (vacuum/carpet exaction).
• Fill out work order tickets as needed and ensure unacceptable rooms are not released back to inventory until items are addressed

Requirements:

• Must perform Drug Screening
• Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work
• Capability to multi-task multiple projects/duties at once
• Must go under Background Check
• Must be authorized to work in the US
