Job Title: Housekeeper
Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Day 7am - 4:30pm
Salary Range: $14/hr

What will I do in this role with Maple Farm Nursing?
As a Housekeeper, supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Dry mops and damp mops floors.
• Lounges, lobbies, utility rooms, workrooms, offices, corridors, stairwells and entrances.
• Spot cleans walls, ceilings, windows, doors.
• Resident rooms and bathrooms, nursing stations, ancillary areas.
• Performs housekeeping duties such as the following, wearing proper PPE as required by area cleaned:
• Vacuums carpeting and upholstery.
• Sanitizes bathrooms and replenishes supplies.
• Dining rooms, meeting rooms.
• Public areas, corridors and restrooms.
• Cleans areas according to established housekeeping procedures, work flow patterns and routines:
• Hi-dust and damp, sanitizes room furnishings, fixtures and all horizontal surfaces.

What do I need as a Housekeeper with Maple Farm Nursing?

• An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
