Job Description
Position: Live-out Housekeeper
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Location: Fairfield, CT
Salary: $35-40/hour

Overview:

Active family of five (with three elementary school age children) is looking for an experienced and skilled Full-time Housekeeper to help maintain their 17,000 sq. ft. home in Fairfield, CT. The candidate must be proactive, detail oriented, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities. Needs to be a self-starter with excellent systematic cleaning and laundry experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Laundry for the family, including sorting and knowing what items need to be dry cleaned separately
  • Help with meal prep is a plus, but not required
  • Assist with dog care for Poodle, occasional feeding and letting out
  • Run errands as needed, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop off/pickups and driving children to and from their activities
  • Full charge daily housekeeping, including but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, organizing and restocking supplies. Should have experience with the care and cleaning of fine surfaces such as wood flooring, marble, antiques, etc. Family currently has separate cleaning crew come to the home once a week for deep cleaning.
