The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the community and common areas. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces. Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Other Duties: Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Maintains resident confidentiality at all times. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Standing on one's feet for a long period of time, bending and extensive walking. May be exposed to occasional unsanitary conditions, unpleasant odors, and hazardous (concentrated chemicals).
