Housekeeper Jobs

Our housekeepers are responsible for the exceptional quality and cleanliness of our rooms and they work hard to maintain our quality standards every day. We have great systems that support our housekeepers and assist everyone in achieving exceptional results. Our systems and hands-on teams and managers have led our hotels to be ranked in the top 5% nationally for quality and guest satisfaction for over fifteen years. Our housekeepers are crucial to our success, and we value their hard work and contributions. We offer some flexibility in schedule, typically rotating weekend and holiday work among employees. Compensation

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities

• Stock carts with guest room supplies as needed
• Paying attention to details
• Follow Lost and Found procedures
• Report any hazards or concerns to management in a timely manner
• Working quickly and efficiently alone and with others
• Being a team player and helping others when needed
• Doing whatever it takes to make the hotel have exceptional guest experiences
• Have a keen eye for detail to ensure rooms are super clean
• Meeting/exceeding exceptionally high standards to win our national awards
• Cleaning hotel rooms and common areas to meet the extremely high standards of the company

Qualifications

• Desire to positively impact people's day
• Have passion and integrity to perform the job
• Have flexibility with your schedule to include working some weekends and holidays
• Eye for detail and love of cleaning
• Ability to work with a positive team-player attitude
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently alone and with others
• A high degree of self-motivation
• A minimum of 1 year of consistent employment experience preferred
• Capacity to do whatever it takes to make the hotel have exceptional guest experiences
• Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards to win our national awards
