Evermist Cleaning and Concierge LLC is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Residential Cleaning Technician. We are a growing company committed to providing effective cleaning solutions to our clients. Our team utilizes steam and water-based equipment to perform house cleaning tasks, offering a chemical-free alternative to traditional cleaning methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage time effectively, independently completing assigned cleaning tasks within the allotted timeframe.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure client satisfaction and a well-maintained household.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safe driving practices and punctuality.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest cleaning techniques and equipment advancements.
• Perform cleaning duties, including disinfecting, sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, on all areas and surfaces.
• Cleaning and maintaining client households using steam and water-based equipment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service, addressing client concerns and feedback as needed.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment in accordance with company guidelines and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing top-quality cleaning services.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Previous experience in house cleaning or related field is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
