We are seeking Room Attendants to join our team!
$500 sign on bonus after 90 days with a good performance review and no call outs/missed shifts.
This position as a Room Attendant requires attention to detail, efficient cleaning ability, problem solving, multitasking, speed and organization. This is a position is within a fast pace and team oriented workplace environment. This hotel position is an essential team member in assisting our hotel guests have the highest quality experience and representation while staying in our hotel facilities.
JOB COMPETENCY: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following items below with at minimum satisfactory performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The best candidates will need to have flexible availability to work shifts that vary. This position includes working day shifts that may be extended hours depending on company needs. This position also includes working weekends and holidays.
Starting wage is $16/ hour, with a increase after 90 days of employment with no tardiness or call outs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be proficient with property security, key control procedures, as well as fire, flood and weather- related safety procedures
- Assist with hotel events when in need to assure guest satisfaction
- Quickly and efficiently clean and fold laundry; deliver to storage areas
- Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
- Communicate accurate information to other departments such as workorders, room status, guest service requirements, etc.
- Complete any hotel related task requested by direct manager or General manager
- Assist guests promptly and accurately with questions, complaints or requests
- Complete daily checklists
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas
- Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
- Respect guest privacy and security by using hotel protocol when entering guest rooms
- Update status of guest rooms using hotel provided methods
- Frequent contact with hotel guests and employees
- Provide friendly and courteous service to hotel guests
- Prepare and organize laundry area and linen storage; clean laundry area and linen storage
- Make beds and fold sheets up to company standards
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
- Report any lost and found items to proper staff using hotel protocol
- Proficiently clean all assigned guest rooms
- Stock housekeeping carts
