Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a HOST/GREETER in Rochester, MI. The HOST/GREETERis responsible welcoming customers to a food service environment and ensuring that they are seated and receive attentive service.
Responsibilities Of a HOST/GREETER Includes

• Welcome guests in a friendly manner
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow

Job Requirements Of a HOST/GREETER

• Use proper procedures for handling cash
• Maintain work areas clean and organized
• Clean menus
• Greet and seat guests according to standards
• Set up food server stations
• Assist servers by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and serving beverages
• Record reservations
• Great customer service

REQUIRED Experience And Education

• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Previous experience in full service Restaurant preferred.
• Display basic knowledge of operation of computers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
