Position Overview:
Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing medical group as a Hospitalist in Salem, OR. In this role, you will consistently provide high quality, excellent, compassionate, and efficient care with sensitivity and understanding for hospitalized patients and their families, seeking to ensure that patients are satisfied with the information and explanations provided regarding their care.
Working for Northwest Permanente, our Hospitalists in Salem, OR enjoy:

$322,000 - $392,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
  • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
  • Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance
  • 90%+ employer paid health plan
  • Salary: $255,800 to $290,400 (1.00 FTE)

In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:

  • Student loan assistance programs - up to $125K
  • Relocation allowance - up to $15K
  • Generous sign-on bonus - up to $25K
