Since 1923, Premier Tech has provided horticulturists with high-quality peat-based products for professional and industrial applications: growing media, peat moss and active ingredients. Not only are we leaders in what we do, but we also own an expertise that goes beyond selling a high-quality product. We grow alongside our clients, and we care about their success.
Your future role

• Participate in trade shows along with commercial and promotional events
• Accompany clients with plant culture guidelines and problem solving to help them reach the best product results
• Work with our clients to provide the knowledge and support they need to develop their business successfully with the PRO-MIX line
• Provide key technical product support for our PRO-MIX line: features, benefits and use of the products
• Share your expertise and knowledge through seminars, technical demonstrations and coaching sessions for our targeted audience: growers, distributors, Sales team and other industry partners
• Travel on a regular basis across the United States — 50% of your schedule
• Develop and maintain a partnership with clients to support products, resolve any concerns and help them be successful in their growing efforts

Required Skills

• Passion for finding and sharing information with small or large groups, on platforms and seminars
• Autonomy
• Bachelor degree in horticulture, agronomy or plant science
• Rigorous at providing complete solutions
• At leat two years of experience in the commercial greenhouse or nursery business
• Effective communicator — verbal and written
• Well-organized
• Clients’ solutions oriented
