Home Performance Auditor / Sales Rep

Allied Experts of Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an outgoing, aggressive, and clean-cut full-time entry-level Home Performance Auditor / Sales Rep to join our sales team. This position earns a base training salary that will move to 100% commission. You work a rotating Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM schedule, and to accommodate homeowners' schedules, availability during evenings and weekends are required. As an entry-level Home Performance Auditor / Sales Rep, you enjoy meeting new people each day and arrive for your appointments with leads that area marketing representatives have prepared for hearing more. Meeting with our customers, you aim to personally connect with them and build a strong rapport. After listening to any concerns they may have, you are sure to perform basic home energy audits and introduce our home performance program. You use your understanding of indoor air quality and energy efficiency you offer them the best solutions for their needs and prepare the way for our Business Analysts to close the deal.

Though you love interacting with people, you also keep accurate records and help coordinate the Building Analysts' schedules. To stay at the top of your game, you soak up everything you can from staff trainings and meetings like a sponge. Seeing your goals pay off in your paycheck gives you a great sense of accomplishment. You also feel good about making our customers' homes comfortable while driving our revenue so that we can keep doing what we do.

Home Performance Auditor / Sales Rep Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet standard insurance safe driving requirements
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to climb ladders and crawl in crawlspaces and attics
