About the Role


We're currently seeking a dedicated, professional, and experienced Home Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in building relationships with potential clients and helping us grow our business. This is a commission-based position, perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a self-directed environment.


Responsibilities


Identify potential clients in need of home care services.

Network with healthcare providers, community organizations, and relevant stakeholders to promote our services.

Meet with prospective clients and families to discuss their needs and propose suitable service plans.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the home care industry, including changes in regulations, standards, and best practices.

Keep records of all interactions with potential clients and regularly update our CRM.

Qualifications


Experience in the Home Care industry, preferably in Wisconsin.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and other record-keeping tools.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the state.
