A respected client of Alvita Care is seeking experienced full -time RN's in Suffolk County.

Details

• Home Care experience is required
• RN must be comfortable covering patients throughout Suffolk County
• $70/hourly
• Our Client is seeking RN's to work full-time schedules
• HOME CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Full-time position
• OASIS (SOC) assessments, resumption of care (ROC) & recerts
• 1-year RN experience required
• Paid orientation (iPad provided for documentation).
• Target start date - early September
• 4-7 home care visits per day - Patient visit volume based on "points system " depending on the type of care/assessment provided
• Contract is anticipated to last 13-26 weeks with the potential for permanent, full-time placement
• An active driver's license & vehicle are required for this position
• PICC and central line maintenance experience preferred but not required - IV antibiotics, lab draw and drop off if needed
• Some visits will include PleurX catheter drainage
• Some visits will include wound care / wound vac visits
• 8 hour / days but flexible for longer shifts (10-12 hours / day)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NYS RN licensure.
• Prior home care experience required
• Valid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card,required
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of One (1) year demonstrated experience as an RN

* subject to one-year employment and 1,560 hours worked (30 hours/week average)

• - subject to one-year employment and 1,000 hours worked (20 hours/ week average)
