Interim Healthcare Services of NEPA is seeking experienced Home Care Aides HCAs to care for our home-bound clients in Scranton, PA and the surrounding areas.

We have proudly served clients in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne, Wyoming, and Susquehanna Counties for over 30 years. Interim Healthcare provides 24/7 care, 7 days per week, offering candidates the opportunity and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
Compensation and Benefits for the Home Care Aide HCA:

• Health Insurance after 90 days
• $13 - $14 per hour, with quarterly and referral bonus incentive
• Per Diem; with opportunity to work up to 40 hours
• Hours: early morning, late morning, evening, and overnight
• Weekly Pay via paper check or direct deposit

The Home Care Aide HCA provides hands-on personal care, reports changes in the patient’s/client’s condition, performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provides incidental/instrumental activities of daily living as assigned to patients/clients in the home setting as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state and local law or regulation.
Minimum Requirements of the Home Care Aide HCA:

• Must Eighteen (18) years of age or older
• CPR certification; required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• MUST be willing to undergo pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of transportation; required
• 6 months experience in a similar role; required
