What does a Exotic Car
Sales Manager at Hoffman Auto Group do?
Core Accountabilities


Valuing Trade-Ins:
Accurately assess the value of trade-in vehicles for fair deals.

Market Insights and Strategy: Stay updated on market trends to develop effective buying and pricing strategies.

Premium Inventory Sourcing: Source premium inventory from various channels, including vendors, customers, and dealerships.

Negotiation and Buy Process: Use your negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while managing the buy process.

Client-Centric Approach: Responsible for the entire customer experience start to finish

Ownership: Must approach the vehicle sales process from a evangelist of Hoffman Motor Sports perspective.

Creative Decision Maker: Act as a decision maker for the customer experience with out of the box ideas to attract and retain clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align inventory sourcing with customer demands
