We are a healthcare company in Sacramento currently seeking an experienced temporary HR Assistant. This is currently a temporary position (10-15hrs per week) position with flexible hours. Job Duties: Follow up with Employees on obtaining required documents weekly. Contact prospective employees and utilize database for tracking and managing Assist new hires with filling out all of their paperwork review and verify documents Organize and set up files as well as photocopy and scan files as needed Answer phones and assist as needed Provide general support to the office staff
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of office/experience (prior healthcare/medical office is preferred) Proficient use of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Word and Outlook Innovative, quick thinker, and self-starter Ability to work independently without supervision, communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality. Ability to remain organized and be high efficient Excellent communication skills- oral and written Have proper telephone etiquette and work well with employees and clients in a professional, courteous manner. Prior experience with ATS or CRM software preferred
Hours/Pay: Coverage Days: Vary based on needs. Pay is $12 per hour.
