Hostess:

Understands the company core values and Ensures Guests receive a Craveable dining experience. Greets and seats Guests with Hickory Taverns Hospitality Mentality in a timely and proficient manner.

Functions:

• Assists other Team Members as needed.
• Performs opening, running and closing side work.
• Keeps the Six commitments of a Tavern Team member everyday every shift:
• Keeps Host stand clean.
• Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Answers phone, opens doors and seats guest.

Requirements:

• Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to be friendly and smile
• Stands/walks 4 to 8 hours per shift.
