  • Submit work orders and communicate all guest requests to appropriate departments, and follow up to ensure completion.

  • Ensure phone calls are placed to all guests that opt out of the in-person cabin host duties to ensure complete satisfaction with room accommodation and amenities.
  • Answer incoming calls with appropriate greeting, coordinate / market all resort and activity reservations, and assist with / anticipate all guests' needs
  • Ensure that guest have all appropriate amenities & facilitate any special requests that the guest may have upon reviewing their accommodation.
  • Employee discounts at all restaurants, spa services, and retail
  • Provide shuttle services to guests upon request, and between duties (as appropriate) offer shuttle service to guests walking property
  • Maintains good personal hygiene, appropriate uniform standards, and clean work environment.
  • Welcome the guests to the cabin by assisting with luggage, showing appropriate use of RFID keys, and giving a brief tour of their vacation accommodations

  • Review guest itinerary and offer additional resort activities or F&B offerings such as kid's camps, Ranch Platters, or general store items.

Role Description: As a member of our Guest Services team, you are the most important ambassador of Brasada. You have the most contact with guests and therefore have the greatest opportunity to ensure that their vacation with us is flawless. You will be expected to have the ability to hit the ground running and quickly become an expert on Brasada and all of our offerings. The purpose of this position is to create a sense of welcome and arrival for all guests and owners. This position is a point of contact during the entire resort experience through to the guest's departure. Cabin Hosts are fully versed in all aspects of the services and amenities provided by the resort and are responsible for maintaining the safety of guests and owners and the integrity of the resort and its policies. To be successful, you must enjoy being the go-to person for any and all needs. You must thrive in a high volume customer service atmosphere by using attention to detail and assist each guest as they are your own. You have the necessary energy and engagement to be the best ambassador possible for our wonderful resort.   • Manage rental golf carts by ensuring carts are cleaned before and after guest use, damage and liability properly logged and reported, carts delivered to cabins or guests whenever possible, and all other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager
  • Seasonal Family Pass to the athletic center
  • Orient the guests on usage of the HVAC system, TV Entertainment system, hot tub, grill, laundry machines, and any other equipment or appliance as applicable
  • Arrange and deliver all guest amenities as assigned by the Guest Services team
  • Greet guests warmly and welcome them as the first point of contact when arriving to Brasada Ranch
  • Assisting with locking / securing of property buildings in evenings, and unlocking / opening in the morning. All other property check as assigned by department leaders.
  • OLCC & Food Handlers certifications within 90 days of hire
  • Provide shuttle services to employees on occasion and as assigned by management team
  • Basic comprehension of Springer Miller Systems (property management system), IVY resort concierge software, Jonas resort/club management, and all other relevant property support systems as necessary.
  • Assist and bring resolution to guest issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on satisfaction. Use managerial support when necessary.
  • Assist guests' issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction and use supervisor support when necessary.
