Role Description

The Tech Joy is seeking a full-time Help Desk Specialist in Waukesha, WI with the ability to travel to clients. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users. Your role involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, as well as responding to help desk calls and requests. You are someone with great customer service skills and the ability to provide technical support for computer and network issues.


Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven experience in help desk support and customer service
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise in desktop computers and hardware configurations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
