The UPS End User Development (EUD) Team is a global department within the UPS Healthcare Business Unit. The department supports Engineering, Operations and Finance through project request to enhance our current tools and processes through digital adoption.


We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our team of developers and engineers to support our continued growth. Healthcare Envision Project Engineer position is responsible for design, UAT testing, and validation of solutions built by EUD developers. You will ensure report data is accurate and meets design request, utilizing experience in designing, developing, and deploying business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, etc.


This position could supervise EUD analyst regarding project related tasks including dispatch, project planning, documentations, designing, and deployments, and is also responsible for facilitating performance reviews and career development.


Responsibilities:


Designs end user / web applications


Works with EUD developers, operations, and engineering management team to develop business requirements for applications/reports to measure and improve productivity


Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and spreadsheet tools to assist Operations and IE with productivity improvement, forecasting and work measurement development


Creates and maintains documents/how to guides related to the applications and reports


Responds to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the IE management team to support operational analysis


Conducts audits to identify compliance concerns


Works with Operations management team to implement the roll out of applications and reports


Maintains data within supported applications as required and synthesizes information


Identifies operating plans that may need adjustments to ensure data integrity


Analyzes work methods, processes, flows


Qualifications:


Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills


Ability to set and meet aggressive goals


Experience with Microsoft SQL Server


Experience with Microsoft Power BI


Experience with Microsoft Power Apps


Experience with Microsoft Power Automate


Experience with PowerShell


Experience with Figma Design Tool


Experience in Programming, Software design or Industrial Engineering (Co-Ops/Internships acceptable)


Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field - Preferred
