Job Overview: As a Data Analyst with us, you will play a crucial role in unraveling the power of data to drive strategic decision-making and shape the future of healthcare. Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize your expertise in data analysis tools and techniques to examine large-scale datasets related to patient care, medical operations, and organizational performance. Extract meaningful insights and present findings to key stakeholders.

  1. SQL Proficiency: Leverage your strong SQL skills to write efficient queries, design stored procedures, and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  2. Healthcare Information Data Management: If you possess prior experience in Health Care Information Data, put your domain knowledge to use and contribute insights specific to the healthcare industry. Familiarity with healthcare-related terminologies, regulations, and data standards is a significant advantage.
  3. Reporting and Visualization: Generate comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards that communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.
  4. Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, conduct data validation, and implement data cleansing processes to maintain the accuracy and consistency of our data assets.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and assess the effectiveness of various healthcare initiatives, allowing the team to measure success and optimize outcomes continually.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, medical professionals, operational teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and propose data-driven solutions.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis, healthcare technologies, and regulatory changes, integrating new knowledge into your work.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis and SQL querying.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for leveraging data to improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare data and knowledge of industry-specific terminologies and regulations are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive annual salary of up to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
