Job Description
Overview:
CVP is seeking a Healthcare Analyst/Consultant to work with government organizations to execute evaluation and quality improvement projects for our clients. This is an opportunity to interface with a range of medical stakeholders and impact Women Veterans receiving high quality, gender-specific healthcare at VA health facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform data analysis, report writing, and implement quality improvement projects.
  • Assist the Project Manager with project management, such as weekly and monthly reporting, and monthly client meeting preparation.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, meetings and site visit facilitation.
  • Serve as a Lead Analyst for four Medical Centers and lead stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Willing and able to travel for up to four weeks in the timeframe of September 2023 – March 2024.
  • Comfortable facilitating client-facing meetings, including daily meetings and report-outs with a range of stakeholders.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a US Public Trust government security clearance. US Citizenship required.
  • Interest in Evidence-Based Quality Improvement (EBQI).
  • Experience supporting health equity and/or women’s health projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (Public Health, Health Administration), ideally a master’s degree.
  • Works both independently and collaboratively with junior and senior staff.
  • 2-3 years of experience, ideally related to Veterans Health.
  • Thrives in a team environment.
