As the Health & Well-being Manager you will work together with a team of H&W professionals across the globe in the development, promotion, implementation of our offering. As part of an international and multicultural team, you will a be a strategic partner contributing to the satisfaction and success of CGI's 3 collaborators (clients, members and shareholders) and as a significant asset to the workplace culture.


This position is part of the global human resources team and reports directly to the Health and Well-being lead Director in the US. This position opens up excellent opportunities to work with professionals where peer collaboration is critical. With these diverse tasks, you will be at the heart of developing a workplace well-being culture and making a difference in the workplace.


Your future duties and responsibilities


  • Build and deliver customized trainings, workshops, and or programs.
  • Align with the top business priorities, define H&W approach and strategy for US Business units.
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and thought leadership and impacts on health and CGI member experience.
  • Stay on the forefront of H&W trends and standard methodologies pertaining to the country reality and being aware of the (local rules, health priorities, business changes, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key collaborators and recommend innovative approaches that meet talent and business strategy objectives.
  • Provide oversight and lead operations of peer-to-peer networks (ie. Mental Health First Aid, Oxygen Ambassadors)
  • Be the consultative guide in the Health & Well-being domain by supporting the HR Business Partners, leadership teams and the senior management members, providing them with the vital expertise and mentorship.
  • Build and implement customized communication plans to enhance initiatives.


Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role


  • You are able to persuade others by drawing from experience and communicating multiple arguments in order to support a position.
  • Must be experienced in engaging Leaders in sophisticated discussions.
  • You are an autonomous person who has excellent planning skills and attention to detail.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong and influential presentation skills.
  • Able to spot trends and indirect data points that help provide a clearer insight to business issues and use these to craft solutions.
  • To thrive in the role of Health & Well-being Manager, you must have a passion for contributing to the well-being of others.

Minimum Education Required: Relevant bachelor's or master's Degree and/or Health and Well-being related certifications.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $119,500 - $282,400.”
