A Healthy Work Life Balance Is Essential
- Friday shifts vary 6:00am - 2:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Shifts are Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays
- Shifts vary Monday through Thursday 6:00am - 2:00pm, 11:00am - 7:00pm, or a mid-day shift
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association with in-person CPR/AED component
- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification or ability to obtain within first year of employment
- 3+ years experience in the fitness industry
- 1 year supervisory experience
- $48,000 - $50,000 / year

- Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of equipment
- Develop annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Work with the client to establish goals for the facility
- Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the program to ensure program success
- Manage facility budgets for supplies, programming and group exercise
- Develop and implement creative incentive and health promotion programs
- Supervise all facility staff and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities
- Lead member recruiting efforts and participate in the membership enrollment process
- Teach new and innovative group exercise classes
- Implement programs achieve to facility goals and track ongoing progress
- Assist members with reaching their personal training goals
- Develop safe and effective exercise programs; provide general supervision
- Administer fitness assessments; provide results counseling
- Lead ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
- Interact with client and members; establish mutually beneficial relationships
- Oversee day-to-day fitness center operations
