Job Summary


This position will provide regulatory guidance and facilitate compliance with state and federal rules and regulations and licensing and accreditation requirements to support quality for Medical and Ambulatory Services. This position will provide consultation to leaders and their teams of staff on the compliance and quality of the facilities to include participation in risk assessments and site audits, survey preparation activities, response to plans of correction, develop reporting structures on risk assessment findings and trends, and stay abreast of regulatory changes. This position will also work with Medical Staff in addition to the directors and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) years advanced professional experience which must include one (1) year of experience related directly to quality in a healthcare setting. The experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of behavioral health standards and accreditation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with the development and implementation of policies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, that foster effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge regarding the operation of health care systems, administrative state agencies, relevant state and federal agencies and accrediting organizations.
