Job Description

This confidential company fosters a startup-like environment and strategically hiring a hands-on technical leader that can build out and manage an engineering team.


Role

  • Manage and build out a team of engineers
  • Identify short-term and long-term strategy roadmaps related to market needs, potential customers, and advancement of internal technology
  • Lead collaboration efforts with key internal teams, such as the product development and device design team
  • Define and develop next-generation technologies (computing systems)
  • Execute multiple projects and timelines with a "hands-on" technical approach


Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of related experience
  • Must have experience with silicon and/or hardware products, preferably in a influential leadership position
  • Master's or PhD in Engineering
  • Relevant industry technical abilities in chip design, operations, and manufacturing
