Job Summary:
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Associates Degree
Extensive knowledge of sport.
Volleyball playing and coaching experience.
Ability to recruit competitive volleyball players.
Current AED/CPR card
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Essential Duties:
1. Coach at practices and games.
2. Recruit high school student-athletes.
3. Schedule games.
4. Organize practice plans.
5. Positively communicate with athletes.
6. Represent ECC well and in a professional manner as the
head coach.
7. Attend ISCC and Region IV meetings.
8. Develop knowledge of NJCAA, ISCC and Region IV
regulations.
9. Provide game information to Athletic Department.
Other Duties:
1. Related duties as assigned.

Medium (up to 50 lbs. occasionally or 30 lbs frequently or 10 lbs constantly)
