Job Description
Position Summary Perform a wide variety of customer service related duties including but not limited to cashiering, scheduling reservations, answering multi-line phone and providing information to the general public; perform basic bookkeeping and to maintain records; assist all professional staff with routine clerical duties and perform a variety of duties relative to the assigned area of responsibility. Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. High school diploma or GED supplemented by thirty (30) credit hours in business administration; and Two (2) years of clerical experience. Cash handling experience preferred. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire. Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire. Possession of a valid City's Cash Handling Certificate within thirty (30) days from date of hire.
