Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience working in a consumer electronics environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in technical leadership
  • Experience with test automation
  • Ability to understand schematics, placement files, component specifications and related design collateral
  • Experience with equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, meters, temp chambers, IR Gun, power supplies, electronic loads, DMM
  • Understanding of hardware evaluation methodologies, including development of test cases/suites, performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$212,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive direct detailed execution of Test Plans, Share detailed reports, identifying outliers and anomalies
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure Design For Test (DFT)
  • Work with designers to define system and subsystem tests
  • Perform failure root cause analysis and identify corrective actions
  • Correlate results to simulations
