Execute debug and achieve root cause analysis of critical hardware and software issues in a timely manner Use hardware and software tools to debug issues Hardware and software firmware, OS, drivers, etc configuration set up and issue reproduction Creation and maintenance of issues in Microsoft s bug tracking system Skills Experience with data center servers, storage, and switches hardware and Windows operating environment Knowledge of oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, programmers, and similar hardware Ability to capture traces and system logs Create RCCA reports and update bug tracking tool
