Harborview Medical Center (HMC) is the level 1 adult and pediatric trauma center and regional burn center serving Washington, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho.
Harborview serves as one of the training sites for the UW School of Medicine and is a public/safety-net hospital for our diverse community. We provide high quality, state-of-the art advanced health care for people from all walks of life.

This recruitment will serve to fill current and future needs of the department.


A little about our CRNA’s:
  • They have an unrestricted practice

  • They work with all members of the surgical staff team in collaboration for best practices

  • They provide full-service anesthesia care for all levels of acuity and patients

  • They work under the administrative supervision of the Chief of Anesthesia and the clinical supervision of the Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management

  • The CRNA is an adjunct member of the medical staff

  • UW Medicine provides educational opportunities as well as professional growth and development, are encouraged and supported.

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have/Obtain a Washington state Register Nurse and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Licenses to practice

  • Prescriptive authority

  • BLS and ACLS and PALS certification

  • Completion of an accredited CRNA educational program and national certification
